Balloon Festival and Air Show in Flemington, New Jersey at a local airport

I saw green grass, a little girl with a pink dress on, on a swing, the swing was an old fashioned one with two ropes and a piece of wood as the seat, a wooden posted sign, a wooden fence, and a triangle, she is waiting for something, maybe a birthday party?

A city, somewhere North America, sorry I don't know where but not NY. Grid system with trffice. Including a red sedan type car parked to left and water/puddles on the street. Not a lot of pedestrians but plenty of traffie cutting across in the background

White and black oval to round objects. The white appears to be man-made (cement or plastic) and the black is shadow. These objects start at the left foreground and go in a line back to the right background.
