At first I saw red..the color red...then tiny balls of light with a
dark background like fireflies in the dark or lots of tiny comets in space

Oh it's probably way off because I didn't spend a lot of time but I see red lips (with lipstick - so close you can see the lines in the lips) and a chin, like a close up for a face. The head is tilted to the side, maybe the right (or my right). I do not see the rest of the face.
