For this target I strongly get two things - "rising up" and "flowing". I see some kind of wavelike effect in the ground, like a dip and then a raised area. The raised area is in the foreground. The "ground" is something with a sense of movement like moving water, snow on the ground or grass that waves in a breeze.
The colour blue is prominent in some covering/clothing or outer layer on something solid. A sense of a thing that flows - dog sled, horses, rollercoaster, a boat? - something that is pulled along in a rhythm. This thing is moving towards me. Lot's of white/ grey in the foreground.
A fan-shaped thing - like leaves on a palm? Something round held in the left hand (of a male).
